In 1901, a small group of industrialists started in their small metal fabricating shop and officially entered the valve industry in 1926 with the design/development of the first Pratt® rubber seated butterfly valve. Growth of our Company has also been closely associated with the increased use of rubber seat butterfly valves. Today, we offer a full line of Pratt butterfly valves including bonded seat, rubber seat and buried service, available in varying sizes from 3 to 162 inches and meeting specific AWWA and ANSI standards.
